Presque Isle, ME – Men's Soccer won their fifth straight game with a 3-0 win over the University of Maine Presque Isle Owls on Saturday, September 28
th, 2024.

How it Happened:
- The Terriers got off to a quick start, as in the fourth minute Joshua Joseph sent in a cross that found Tre Burgess, who scored to give the Terriers a 1-0 lead.
- Despite the early goal the Owls had the better of the chances over the next 20 minutes.
- Terriers goalkeeper Christopher Boucher was forced to make two good saves to preserve the Terrier lead.
- In the 36th minute the Terriers nearly scored again, as shots from Micky Woodrow and Oxborne Tettey in quick succession both had to be saved.
- The Terriers were able to start the second half well, forcing two good saves out of the Owls goalkeeper early on.
- In the 55th minute David Ivarsson scored to give the Terriers a 2-0 lead. This was Ivarsson's fourth straight game with a goal and has scored eight in the past four games.
- The Terriers found another breakthrough in the 73rd minute, as Joseph sent in another good cross that found Woodrow, scoring on the near post to make it 3-0.
- Neither team was able to generate any clear-cut opportunities for the rest of the match.
- As a result, the Terriers would continue their win streak to five games, putting them at 4-0 against NAC competition.
