Parker Desjardins scored 27 points and added 10 rebounds to help lead Men's Basketball to an 84-67 win over the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts Trailblazers in day two of the 2024 Charlie Ryan Classic on Saturday, November 16
th, 2024.

How it Happened:
- Both teams traded points to begin the first half, with the Trailblazers briefly taking the lead 10-9 seven minutes in.
- Seconds later Parker Desjardins would score nine straight Terrier points to make things 18-15.
- The Terriers would then go on a 10-2 run thanks to points from Luke Briggs, Camryn Yorke, Spencer Minihan, and Shareef Jones.
- The Terriers were able to match any points from the Trailblazers in the final few minutes of the half, earning a 43-31 lead going into the break.
- Despite the strong first half, the Trailblazers would go on a 10-2 run early in the second to cut the Terrier lead to five points.
- The Terriers were able to respond, scoring six straight points after a timeout to take a 57-46 lead.
- Both teams traded baskets for the next several minutes as the intensity ramped up, and effective free-throw shooting helped the Terriers maintain their lead.
- With seven minutes left the Terriers still had a 10 point lead and looked to hold on to secure their second win of the season.
- With four minutes to go the Terriers went on a huge 12-0 run behind points from Yorke, Desjardins, Briggs, Metin Yavuz, and Jackson Ruelke.
- Thanks to that large run the Terriers were able to earn an 84-67 win, and earned their second win of the season.
