Presque Isle, ME – Aminah Davis-Macias scored three goals to lead Women's Soccer to a huge 4-0 win over the University of Maine Presque Isle on Saturday, September 30^th, 2023. 

Thomas College: Overall (3-6), NAC (1-1)
University of Maine Presque Isle: Overall (0-8) NAC (0-2)

How it Happened:  

• Early on, the Owls had two good chances. Terrier goalkeeper Emily Rock was forced to make a save in the bottom left corner, and another Owl shot sailed wide minutes later.
• The Terriers opened the scoring a few minutes later, as a pass from Abbie Lerman found Davis-Macias, who scored to take a 1-0 lead.
• Rock was forced to make another save in the 23^rd minute on a shot toward the middle of the net.
• The Terriers had four more shots in the final 12 minutes of the first half, but none could find the net.
• In the 50^th minute, Mary LaRochelle found Davis-Macias for her second goal of the afternoon, taking a 2-0 lead.
• The Terriers would take two more shots before scoring again in the 77^th minute, with Serenia Ahumada finding Davis-Macias to complete the hat-trick.
• The Owls best chance to score came in the 84^th minute, when a shot hit the crossbar and deflected away.
• Taylor Krawiecki scored her first collegiate goal in the 87^th minute, thanks to a good pass from Onyx Emelo.
• The Terriers put in a complete and dominant performance, outshooting the Owls 15-9.

 
The Goalkeepers:  
Rock played the entire 90 minutes in net for the Terriers, making five saves in the huge win.

Owl goalkeeper Marissa Havey also played the full 90 minutes, making four saves. 
 
What's Next:
The Terriers will travel to face the University of Maine Farmington on Tuesday, October 3^rd, 2023. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 PM.
