The Terriers would lead early, going on a 6-0 run with a layup by Junior Metin Yavuz and 4 points in the paint from Graduate Student Cooper Wirkala

The Owls would answer back with a small run of their own, but Wirkala and Junior Parker Desjardins would answer right back each hitting a three-pointer of their own to give the Terriers a 14-6 lead
