- In the 17th minute, a cross found Joshua Joseph, who fired a shot just wide of the Beaver net.
- In the 33rd minute, Harry Clough's shot forced a save out of Beaver goalkeeper Jackson Leach.
- Neither team could break the deadlock in the first half, going into the break tied at 0-0.
- In the 50th minute, A pass led to a Beaver shot that found the back of the net to make the score 0-1.
- The Terriers had their best chance to tie things up in the in the 76th minute.
- Micky Woodrow took a shot that hit the crossbar, which was inches away from finding the back of the net.
- The Terriers had two corner kicks in the span of 25 seconds in the 87th minute, but were unable to capitalize.
