Box Score Waterville, ME – Women's Basketball put out a great performance to #2 NAC Ranked Husson University on Friday, January 27
th at home, losing 66-54.

How it Happened:
- The first quarter was a slow start for both the Terriers an Eagles, only finishing with a score of 12-7 Husson
- For the first eight minutes in the second half, Jocelyn Jordan and Mia Henderson stayed consistent to keep the Eagles from gaining a big lead, paired along with many missed shots by Husson's lineup
- Paige Lafrenaye and Elena Alderman closed down the gap by adding five points in the last minute, as the teams went into halftime 29-25 Husson
- Thomas had there biggest trailing moment of the game at the start of the third, 39-25
- Three good shots from behind the arc in two minutes minimized the Eagles lead, as Thomas kept fighting only finding themselves down by five starting the fourth, 47-42
- Free throws by Kristina Perry, brought the Terriers to a two point trail, 51-49
- Husson's Baily Donovan then went on to make six points, while the Thomas could not get final shots off, final score 66-54 Husson
Inside the Numbers:
- The Terries ended the night with 21 field goals made to Husson's 22
- Henderson led the Terriers with eleven points, and tied with Brianne Benecke in rebounds with eight
