Box Score Waterville, ME - In a tightly contested Wednesday matchup, Thomas falls to Husson by a score of 5-4 in their second meeting of the season.

How it Happened:

• The Terriers started out hot, winning the first two doubles matches 8-4, and 8-6. This was thanks to the duos of Lauren Smith and Kiara Goggin, as well as Keira Gilman and Libby Forgues.
• Goggin and Smith won their #2 and #3 singles matchups, with Goggin winning in her first and third sets 6-3. Smith won in two sets at the #3 singles spot, with both scores ending as 6-3.
• The Eagles were able to win the remaining four singles matchups and took home the match win.
• This time around was a huge improvement from the first matchup versus Husson last Saturday, where the Terriers came up short with a score of 2-7
