Box Score Gorham, ME – Men's Basketball was unable to find their footing in their Saturday afternoon matchup against University of Southern Maine, 51-99. Parker Desjardins once again led the Terriers in points with thirteen. The Huskies were able to pull away midway through the first half.

How it Happened:
- Five minutes into the game, the Huskies scored eleven straight points to break away from the Terriers, and they never looked back.
- The Terriers were unable to score for the first five minutes of the second half, missing six straight opportunities.
- The Terriers were able to capitalize on Husky turnovers to score a flurry of 11 points in two and a half minutes halfway through the second half.
- Jacob Bouchard provided a spark off the bench for the Terriers, scoring five points in the final three minutes of the game.
- Desjardins had nine of his 13 points off of three-point shots, shooting 43% from beyond the arc.
- The Terriers never led and were outscored in the paint 16-30.
Inside the Numbers:
- Kory Winch led the team in rebounds, finishing with seven and eight points.
- The Terriers had a total of 23 points off their bench, which meant that almost half of all points scored came from substitutes.
- The Terriers shot 100% from the free throw line throughout the contest, going four for four.
