LEWISTON, Maine - Women's Soccer lost a non-conference game to Bates College 5-nil on Wednesday afternoon in Lewiston. 

The Terriers were able to keep the Bobcats scoreless until the 25th minute when Lily Houser found the back of the net. Bates would go on to score three more goals in the first half. 

Lauren Bartlett (Wells, Maine) took over in net for Thomas in the second half and played well alongside the defense, only allowing one goal in the half. 

The Terriers drop to 3-9 overall but remain 3-3 in the conference. They will play University of Maine - Presque Isle (4--6) on Saturday afternoon at home as a part of homecoming and family weekend.
