PRESQUE ISLE, Maine – The Thomas College men's soccer season finale against UMaine-Presque Isle was cut short on Saturday afternoon due to weather, with the contest being cancelled after 31 minutes of play. When the game was called, the Terriers held a 3-0 lead over the Owls.
Hunter Smith (Oakland, Maine) opened the scoring with his second goal in as many games, knocking in a feed from Zenawi Bowen (St. George's, Bermuda) in the seventh minute. Jake Warn (Winslow, Maine) notched his first career goal in the 19th minute, while John Snowman (Dixfield, Maine) tallied his second of the year in the 27th minute with Ben Carter (Tallahassee, Fla.) earning the assist.
John Villanueva (Gray, Maine) manned the net for the Terriers and did not face a shot in the 31 minutes of game action.
