Box Score WATERVILLE, ME – The Thomas College men's basketball team fell to the Colby-Sawyer Chargers on Saturday afternoon in a North Atlantic Conference game by a final score of 88-58. Eric Westbrooks led the Terriers with 16 points and eight rebounds.
Colby-Sawyer (8-3, 6-0 NAC) controlled much of the first half, shooting over 50% from the field, including 7-14 from three-point range, while Wol Majong led all scorers with 13 points. Eric Westbrooks and Justin Murray led the Terriers (5-8, 3-3 NAC) in the first half, scoring eight points each.
Coming out of the locker room leading by a score of 46-31, Colby-Sawyer continued to pull away from Thomas. Mike Dias scored 13 second half points while Peter Donato added 10 in the half, giving him a game-high 18 points. Westbrooks and Adam Carlsen each added eight second half points for the Terriers.
The Terriers will be back in action on Tuesday, January 13, at 7:30pm when they travel to take on Maine Maritime Academy.
