CASTLETON, VT – Thomas College placed fifth in the Castleton Invitational women's cross country meet on Sunday afternoon, registering 134 points. Amanda Cotter led the Terriers with a 10th place finish.
Not far behind Cotter was sophomore Crystal Peatfield in 19th, followed by Samantha Felbaum, Nicole Ryder, and Alyssa Maggi who came in right behind eachother in 34, 35, and 36th place respectively.
Colby-Sawyer took top honors with 27 points, placing three runners in the top five. NEC's Abby Shafer placed first in the 5k event.
Thomas will be back at it on Saturday, September 13 as they travel to Biddeford for the UNE Invitational.
