HENNIKER, NH – Thomas College women's cross country placed eighth in the Mayflower Kickoff, their inaugural meet of the 2014 season hosted by New England College.
Amanda Cotter led the Terriers with a 37th place finish in her first collegiate race, crossing the finish line at 22:42. Crystal Peatfield was the second Terrier across the line at 24:15 in 60th, while freshman Alyssa Maggi took 95th at 28:28.
Krysten Quinn ran a 30:19 for 101st, while teammate Nicole Ryder was one second behind at 30:20 in 102nd. Samatha Felbaum rounded out the Red and Black at 30:49.
Thomas will return to action on Sunday, September 7 as they travel to the Castleton Invitational.
