WATERVILLE, ME - Crystal Peatfield (24:03) finished sixteenth to lead Thomas women's cross country to their first team score of the season, finishing seventh at the inaugural Thomas College Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

Nicole Ryder who competed in her second collegiate meet finished at the 29:50 mark coming fifty first place. Jericca Stackpole finished just two places behind her in fifty third with a time of 30:16. Coming in at 31:14 was Samantha Felbaum in fifty ninth place. And rounding out the top five was new comer Jasmine Turner in a time of 33:09, in sixty third place.

New England Colleges Abby Shafer finished first with a time of 21:21. Finishing first in the team scores was Colby-Sawyer College with a score of 41.

The Terriers will next compete on Sept. 21 at University of Southern Maine.
