Thomas College

Shane Bogli joined Thomas as the Head NECBA Club Baseball Coach and Associate Head Baseball Coach in August of 2026. 

Bogli arrives in Waterville after coaching stops at Louisburg College, the College of the Holy Cross, Western New England University, and the New Britain Bees of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League. During his coaching career, he has helped programs earn conference championships, postseason appearances, and individual honors while developing student-athletes who advanced to higher levels of collegiate baseball.

Most recently, Bogli helped Louisburg College reach the Region 10 Tournament while overseeing one of the region's top pitching staffs, with four pitchers moving on to NCAA Division I, II, and III programs. He also contributed to Holy Cross capturing the 2025 Patriot League regular season and tournament championships and helped Western New England reach the conference championship game in 2024. A former collegiate pitcher at Post University, Westfield State University, and UMass Lowell, Bogli earned a bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Westfield State and a master's degree in Public Administration from UMass Lowell. At Thomas, he will lead the Club Baseball program while helping continue the growth and success of the NCAA baseball program.
