Molly Greenfield joined Thomas College in 2025 as an Assistant Field Hockey Coach.
Prior to joining the coaching staff, Greenfield was a student-athlete at Thomas College. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education Social Studies in 2024 and her master’s degree in Educational Leadership in 2025. She currently teaches social studies at Erskine Academy.
Greenfield played field hockey at Thomas College, where she was a four-year starter. During her playing career, she earned honors, including NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad (3x), NECC All-Academic, NAC All-Academic, NAC Defensive Player of the Week, CMCFHC First Team All-Conference, CMCFHC All-Academic Team, and CMCFHC Sportsmanship Team.
Greenfield also competed for one year on the Thomas College women’s lacrosse team, earning NAC All-Conference First Team. She is a graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School.
