Brooke Richards joined Thomas College in February of 2026 as an Associate Head Field Hockey Coach.
Prior to her time at Thomas, Richards served as an assistant coach at Ball State University for two seasons from 2024 to 2025, where she worked with student-athletes at the Division I level.
In addition to her collegiate coaching experience, Richards has been actively involved with USA Field Hockey, working part-time as a member of the event staff. In this role, she assists with setting up and running indoor club tournaments, contributing to the execution of national-level events while staying connected with athletes and coaches across the country.
A native of Belfast, Maine, Richards graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Kinesiology. While at UMass, she was a four-year member of the field hockey program as a goalkeeper, competing at the Division I level.
