Kaitlyn Daly

Kaitlyn Daly enters her third season as Head Women's Lacrosse Coach.

Kaitlyn has a passion for lacrosse and a wealth of experience as a player and a coach, and fell in love with lacrosse at a young age. She was a two-time All-American and a captain of her high school team. She then continued her lacrosse career at NCAA Division II Franklin Pierce University, where she played and started all four years as a midfielder and a captain. She also coached many clinics, camps, and individual training sessions for players of all ages and levels throughout her college career.

After college, Kaitlyn became the head coach at Lawrence High School, where she helped the team improve their skills and performance. She enjoys teaching the fundamentals of lacrosse and inspiring young players to pursue their goals.

As the head coach at Thomas, she aims to create a positive and supportive environment for her players, where they can grow as athletes and as individuals. She also strives to instill a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and a love for the game in them. Kaitlyn is excited to be part of the Thomas community and to contribute to the success of the women’s lacrosse program.

She has most recently been added to her High Schools Hall of Fame for Basketball.
