Crystal Leavitt was named an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach in October of 2025. Prior to joining the coaching staff Leavitt spent eight years coaching at Messalosnkee High School. There she won a State Championship in 2016, was a State Runner-Up in 2017, and had State Semi-Final appearances in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023. Leavitt also spent three years coaching Central Maine Youth Lacrosse, and served for two years on the Board for Central Maine Youth Lacrosse. There she focused on fundraising, recruiting children ages 5-13 to join the program and creating schedules for the teams.

As a student-athlete at Thomas, Leavitt was a four-year member and one-year captain of the Women’s Lacrosse program.

In her spare time, Leavitt likes to garden, play cribbage, and be on the water.
