Brunswick, ME - The Thomas College Men's Cross Country team placed eighth at the 2026 Maine State Championships on Saturday at Bowdoin College, finishing the 8K race with a team score of 238 points.

How It Happened:

• Charley Flees led the Terriers, placing 64th overall with a time of 27:38.1.
• Jeffrey Flees followed in 81st with a time of 28:31.3.
• Gage Bruns finished 88th overall at 28:50.4.
• Michael Johnson crossed the finish line in 106th with a time of 29:44.4.
• Alwin Andree placed 107th with a time of 29:51.7.
• Isaiah Sabean finished 114th at 30:49.9.
• Zackary Braun rounded out the Thomas runners, placing 154th with a time of 45:35.4.

• Thomas finished eighth with 238 points and a combined team time of 2:24:35.
• Charley Flees led the Terriers with a 27:38.1 finish.
