New London, NH - Patrick McKenney placed first as Men's and Women's Cross Country traveled to compete in the 2025 Colby-Sawyer Charger Invitational on Saturday, August 30th, 2025. The Men's team placed in second out of four teams, and the Women's team placed fourth out of six teams.

How it Happened:

• Patrick McKenney placed first out of 54 runners with a time of 16:16.8.
• Gage Bruns followed just behind in sixth place with a time of 17:07.
• Michael Johnson placed in seventh with a time of 17:12.8.
• Jeffrey Flees rounded out the top ten with a time of 17:19.
• On the women's side Maria Protheroe was the highest finisher for the Terriers, placing in eighth with a time of 21:04.3.
• Kayla Hatt followed behind in 16th place, finishing with a time of 22:37.9.

What's Next:

• Men's and Women's Cross Country will travel to race at the University of New England on Saturday, September 6th, 2025. Start time is TBD.
