Bangor, ME – Isabella Pelletier (4) and Emily Wallingford (3) both scored hat-tricks in the second matchup against the Husson University Eagles of the Women's Lacrosse season on Wednesday, April 16^th, 2025. The final score was 8-12.

 
How it Happened:

• The Terriers got on the scoreboard first, with Emily Wallingford finding the back of the net.
• The Eagles then responded with three unanswered goals before Mary LaRochelle found Isabella Pelletier, who scored to make it 2-3 headed into the second period.
• Despite another goal from Pelletier with a LaRochelle assist in the second quarter, the Terriers found themselves down 3-7.
• Early in the third quarter Sadie Dorr was able to take advantage of a free position attempt to score her first collegiate goal, making it 4-7.
• Husson responded with two goals in 30 seconds, but the Terriers hit right back with two of their own.
• Pelletier struck twice in two minutes to make it 6-9.
• A late third quarter goal from the Eagles made it 6-10 headed into the fourth.
• Wallingford took over early on in the fourth, scoring two straight goals to give the Terriers hope, making it 8-10.
• However, despite some important saves from Bristol Sine, the Eagles were able to score the final two goals of the game, making the final score 8-12.
