Waterville, ME - Women's Soccer celebrated their 2025 "Senior Night" at home against the Saint Joseph's College of Maine Monks on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025. Seniors Izzy Byram, Taylor Krawiecki, Laurel Fribley, Mya Edgecomb, Adison Keefe, Jillian Pelletier, and Katy McIntyre were all celebrated in a pregame ceremony.

How it Happened:

• The Monks got off to a strong start, taking several shots and forcing two saves from Terrier goalkeeper Emily Rock in the first 15 minutes.
• In the 22nd minute the Monks got on the scoreboard first, taking a 1-0 lead.
• Just three minutes later they struck again, doubling the lead to 2-0.
• Despite the goals the Terriers were able to put together some good attacking opportunities in the remainder of the first half, the first coming in the 27th minute.
• A shot from Ally Southwick in front of goal forced a save from the Monks goalkeeper, keeping it 0-2.
• In the 40th minute a shot from Trinity Bean was just wide, giving the Monks a 2-0 lead headed into halftime.
• 10 Minutes in to the second half the Monks scored their third goal of the game.
• Some strong defense from the Terriers over the next 30 minutes held the Monks scoreless, not giving up any clear-cut opportunities.
• In the 88th minute the Monks were awarded a penalty kick, and converted to make the final score 0-4.
