How it Happened:Â
- Midway through the first quarter Timothy Worster would find the back of the net off a Jack Morrill assist to get the Terriers on the board
- With just under two minutes to play in the first quarter, Hunter Simpson would score off a Brodi Freeman assist to make it an 8-2 game
- The Terriers would end the first half down 15-2
- Simpson would score his second goal of the day early in the third but the Wildcats would take control of the remainder of the game to hand Thomas a 23-3 lossÂ
- The Terriers would draw six penalties against the Wildcats, but would not be able to capitalize on any of them
