Contoocook, NH – Thomas College Men's and Women's Cross Country participated in the 2024 NCAA Division III Regional Championship on November 16^th, 2024, hosted by Suffolk University.  
 
Women's Cross Country:
The women started the day with a 6k at 11am, the Terriers finished in 26^th place out of 30 teams. They averaged 27:52 race time and 7:29 mile. The first Terrier to finish was Savaughn Kungxat-Facenda, she finished the race with a time of 25:09.43. Maria Protheroe was the next Terrier to cross the finish line, she ended with a time of 26:15.87. Amanda Winslow ended with a race time of 27:22.34, Rebekah Ireland at 28:48.76, and Emma Landry at 31:41.28.
 
Men's Cross Country:
The men's team participated in the 8k at 12pm, they finished 26^th out of 33 teams. The average mile was 5:58 and the average race finish was 29:39. Sophomore Patrick McKenney was the first Terrier over the finish line, he finished at a 27:51.13 race time. Following him was Gage Bruns with a final time of 28:15.04. Michael Johnson finished with a time of 30:24.75, James Mooney at 30:27.48, Carlton Dailey at 31:12.65, and Matt Shea at 31:57.49.
