Waterville, ME – Women's Soccer was outmatched by Husson University on senior night, falling 0-6 on Saturday, October 21
st, 2023.

How it Happened:
- The Eagles started the game with momentum, generating seven shots in the first 11 minutes.
- In the 12th minute, the Eagles found the breakthrough to take a 1-0 lead over the Terriers.
- Emily Rock was forced to make some incredible saves in the opening 20 minutes, diving to deny a handful of Eagle chances.
- The Terriers didn't take any shots in the first half but were only down by one goal.
- The Eagles took a 2-0 lead in the 53rd minute, hurting any chances at a comeback.
- Five minutes later, the Eagles scored again, and didn't look back.
- Rock was able to make two good saves in the next five minutes, robbing the Eagles of some huge opportunities.
- The Eagles would go on to score in the 63rd, 69th and 81st minutes, ending the night with a final score of 0-6.
- The Terriers were outshot 47-0 in their final game of the season.
The Goalkeepers:
Rock once again played the entire 90 minutes in net for the Terriers, making an extremely impressive 17 saves.
Eagle goalkeeper Madison Weigler also played the full 90 minutes, not needing to make any saves.
