Canton, NY - First yearMary LaRochelle (Woolwich, Maine) came up big for Thomas Women's Soccer (3-5), scoring in the 88th minute and giving Terriers the 1-nil victory. 

Anna Chadwick (Gardiner, Maine) hit a nice through ball that found LaRochelle in the open field and she was able to bury the ball in the top right corner of the goal. It was LaRochelle's fourth goal of the season and second game winner. She also scored the game winner against NVU-Lyndon two weeks ago. 

LaRochelle didn't do it alone, as Thomas was able to play stout defense for the full 90 minutes only allowing two shots on goal for the whole game. Junior Madison Rock (Bridgton, Maine) played the full game in goal for the Terriers, recording her first win and shutout of the season.
