WATERVILLE, Maine – Both Thomas Men's and Women's Soccer are in action today against University of Maine – Presque Isle.

Women's Soccer (3-9) is looking to rebound after losing a tough loss at Bates earlier this week and are hoping to break their four-game losing streak.  The Owls are coming off two dominating wins, one against SUNY-Canton and the other against NVU-Johnson. The Terriers have not lost to UMPI since 2011 when they lost 3-nil at home. This North Atlantic Conference match up is important for both teams with playoffs only a few weeks away.

Men's Soccer (8-2) is also looking to bounce back after a tough loss, theirs a 4-nil loss to Husson University. The Terriers come into this match up, not having lost to the Owls since 2009. Their last meeting coming just over a year ago, in which Thomas won comfortably 4-nil. Zenawi Bowen leads the teams in goals with seven goals in eight games. A win for the Terriers will help them remain in second place in the NAC East Conference standings.
