Waterville, ME- The men's cross country team finished third at Colby today led by Nick Kopf with a time of 29:31, which placed him sixth in the race. Today's meet will be a pre-view for the men's team, which will race at Colby in two weeks at the Maine State Invitational.
Evan Boudreau came in second for the Terriers with a time of 30:22. Finishing less than forty seconds behind Boudreau was William Janakis with a time of 30:53. Dylan McNally and Aron MacLean finished one second apart with times of 31:22 and 31:23.
Matt Methot of Maine Maritime Academy finished first with a time of 28:46. Methot first place finish wasn't enough to get the team win for MMA, which was won by the host Colby College with a score of 24. Thomas placed third with a score of 63.
Thomas is back in action next week on October 12th at the Runnin' Monks Invitational hosted by Saint Joseph's.
