Mens Cross Country Picks Up Fourth at UMF

FARMINGTON, ME- The Thomas men's cross country team placed fourth in the 8k University of Maine at Farmington meet Saturday. Evan Boudreau (Lamoine, Maine) paced the Terriers with a 31:25 time good for seventh place.

William Janakis (South Berwick, Maine) followed suit with an eighth place finish (31:42), and David Tirabassi (Lewiston, Maine) placed 19th at the 33:54 mark. Sam Cook (Plymouth, Mass.) finished with a 34:40 time in 24th place, and Cameron Brousseau (Rockport, Mass.) picked up 25th place at 34:46.

Colby-Sawyer would pick up the victory with a combined 19 team score, led by individual winner Hayden Brunnell (27:36). Colby-Sawyer had the top three runners, and five out of the top ten competitors.  

Thomas will complete in the Colby College race next Saturday, Sept. 29 at 12pm.
