Men's XC Places 6th at NAC Championships

HENNIKER, NH- The Thomas men's cross country squad finished their 2012 season with a sixth place finish at North Atlantic Conference Championships on Saturday. William Janakis (South Berwick, Maine) paced the Terriers with a 15th place finish.

Evan Boudreau (Lamoine, Maine) picked up a top 20 finish at 19th (29:55), while David Tirabassi (Lewiston, Maine) placed 27th at 30:40. Cam Brousseau (Rockport, Mass.) got 48th at 32:25 and Connor Pinkham (Poland, Maine) rounded out the Thomas top five at 51st (32:44).

Lyndon State was crowned the NAC Champions for the 2012 season, having the top three runners in the race, while their scoring five were all in the top 10. The Hornets Kyle Powers collected top honors finishing at 25:35.

For Tirabassi, it was his final collegiate race, as the senior will graduate from Thomas this spring with a degree in Political Science.
