Box Score Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women's soccer team lost 1-0 to North Atlantic Conference Lyndon College. The Terriers (3-13, 3-6 NAC) honored seniors Victoria Devonshire and Terissa Ridge who played in their last regular season home game on Alumni Field.
The first half remained scoreless despite the Hornets (9-6-1, 4-3-1 NAC) outshooting the Terriers 12-to-6.
The eventual game winning goal for the Hornets came off the foot of Lindi Libera in the 75th minute when she sent a shot into the back of the goal off of a break away.
Despite a 10 save effort sophomore goalkeeper Kate Thibodeau shoulders the loss for the Terriers. Tia Billado recorded seven saves and earns the win for the Hornets.
Today's contest marks the end of the regular season for both the Terriers and the Hornets both team will wait for the NAC to announce who they will face in the conference tournament.
