Women's Cross Country Competes at NAC Championships

FARMINGTON, Maine – The Thomas College women's cross country team competed in the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Championships on Saturday afternoon held at the University of Maine at Farmington.

In the team scores, Colby-Sawyer College took home another NAC Championship followed by UMaine-Farmington in second, and Castleton University in third.  The Terriers ran to an 11th place finish overall.

Freshman Marleen Ramirez (Tustin, Cal.) led the Terriers in the 5K event with a time of 25:34 while senior Alyssa Maggi (Belchertown, Mass.) crossed the line in 64th at 27:04.  Natalie Corrigan (Oakland, Maine) followed through in 70th (27:53), Brooklyn LeClair (Waterville, Maine) in 74th (28:44), Evelyn Swan (Bar Harbor, Maine) in 86th (30:33), and Emma Chase (Topsham, Maine) in 87th (30:38)
