WATERVILLE, ME- Tyler Ventura (Atkinson, N.H.), Dalia Williams (Boston, Mass.), and Sarah Marckoon (Lamoine, Maine) all won in singles and doubles to lead the Terriers (5-7, 5-4 NAC) past Lyndon State (1-8, 1-5 NAC) in a North Atlantic Conference (NAC) women's tennis matchup Sunday afternoon.
Kayla Flynn picked up a victory for the Hornets at number one singles against Jessica Bowen (Lewiston, Maine), while Bowen teamed up with Ventura to get a victory in number one doubles against Flynn and Kelsey Johnson that went into a tiebreaker 7-7 and 12-10.
With the victory, the Terriers finish the season in third place in the NAC conference standings. Lyndon State placed fourth behind Johnson State and MCLA.
