    Waterville, Maine—The Thomas College women’s soccer team finished their 2011 season on October 29th when they traveled to number one seeded Castleton State for the North Atlantic Conference Tournament Quarterfinal’s. Senior captains Victoria Devonshire and Terissa Ridge competed in their last collegiate game that day. Ridge scored the lone goal for the Terriers in the loss.

    Castleton, Vt. – The Thomas College women’s soccer team dropped at 6-1 decision to the Spartans of Castleton State in the North Atlantic Conference Tournament Quarterfinals. Senior Terissa Ridge scored the lone goal for the Terriers in the 10th minute of play.

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women’s soccer team lost 1-0 to North Atlantic Conference Lyndon College. The Terriers (3-13, 3-6 NAC) honored seniors Victoria Devonshire and Terissa Ridge who played in their last regular season home game on Alumni Field.

    Castine, Maine - Thomas College exploded for four goals in the second half to take a 5-1 victory over Maine Maritime Academy in North Atlantic Conference women's soccer on Wednesday. Arian Kumlangngam provided the game-winner in the 58th minute.

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College Women’s soccer team fell 3-0 to the Owls of the University of Maine at Presque Isle in a non-conference game at home Sunday afternoon. Sophomore Jillian Lambert put in a strong effort in midfield with three shots, with two of them being on goal.

    Unity, Maine – The Thomas College Women’s Soccer team fell 1-0 to the Rams of Unity College on the road in a non-conference match-up, despite the strong effort from sophomore goalkeeper Kate Tibodeau who recorded seven saves. With the loss the Terriers fall to 2-11 (2-5 NAC) on the season. With the win the Rams improve to 7-3 on the season.

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women’s soccer team fell to the Spartans of Castleton State 6-0, in a North Atlantic Conference match up Sunday afternoon. With the loss the Terriers fall to 2-10 (2-5 NAC) on the season, while the visiting Spartans improve to 10-4 (5-0 NAC).

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women’s soccer team notched their second win of the season with an overtime victory of the Eagles of Green Mountain College. Sophomore Arian Kumlangngam scored the game’s lone goal in overtime lifting the Terriers to a 1-0 North Atlantic Conference win.

    Henniker, N.H. – The Thomas College women’s soccer team were shutout 3-0 by the Pilgrims of New England College in a North Atlantic Conference match-up Saturday afternoon. Thomas’ goal keeper Kate Thibodeau stood strong in the goal for the Terriers, making 10 saves.

    Johnson, Vt. – The Thomas College women’s soccer team fell in a North Atlantic Conference match up with the Badger on Johnson State 2-0 this afternoon. With the loss the Terriers fall to 1-7 (1-2, NAC), while the Badgers improve to 6-1 (2-0, NAC) on the year.

    Farmington, Maine – The Thomas College women’s soccer team jumped out to an early one goal lead over the Beavers of the University of Maine at Farmington, but it wasn’t enough as they fell 2-1 in the North Atlantic Conference match up yesterday afternoon. With the loss the Terriers fall to 1-6 (1-1, NAC) while the UMF improves to 3-1-2 (2-0, NAC).

    Waterville, Maine—The Thomas College women’s soccer team won their first game of the season over North Atlantic Conference rival Husson. Sophomore Goal Keeper Kate Thibodeau recorded a shut out for the Terriers while first year Mary Grace Morris netted her second goal of the season.

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women’s soccer team fell to the University of New England Nor’Easters 7-0, in a non-conference match up at Alumni Field. The Nor’Easters took a 1-0 lead into the half and came out firing six unanswered goals in the second half. Sophomore Kate Thibodeau made 20 saves against the 27 shots on goal she saw. With the loss the Terriers fall to 0-5 on the season; while UNE improves 5-0.

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women's soccer team fell 3 -1 this afternoon, to the visiting Clippers of Maine Machias in a non-conference match up. The Clippers took a 2-0 halftime lead off the play of Erin O’Connor who scored two goals and added an assist. First year Mary Grace Morris scored the Terriers lone goal of the day in the later parts of the second half. With the loss the Terriers fall to 0-4 on the year; while the Clippers improve to 2-1.

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women soccer team fell 2-1 this afternoon, to the visiting Monks of St. Josephs College (Me.) in a non-conference match up. The Terriers struck first when they notched their first goal of the season, off the foot of first year Kristi Hilton. The first year’s goal wasn’t enough to keep the Monks at bay, as they rattled off two unanswered goals to take the win.

    Weston, Mass. – The Thomas College women’s soccer team dropped their second game in a row this morning, falling to Regis (Mass.) 2-0. With the loss the Terriers drop to 0-2 in the young season; while Regis picks up their first win of the season.
  • RIC Shut’s Out Women’s Soccer

    Providence, R.I. – The Thomas College women’s soccer team fell in their season opener this afternoon on the road at Rhode Island College, 2-0. This afternoons outing marked the first game for the Terriers under the leadership of first year head coach Deb Biche. Biche announced her return to coaching last month after previously serving at the Terriers Athletic Director.
  • Women’s Soccer Ranked Preseason Seventh

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women’s soccer team earned a seventh place ranking in the North Atlantic Conference Preseason Coach’s Poll. The Terriers received 34 points placing them ahead on Maine Maritime and Green Mountain who tied for eighth and behind New England College who placed sixth with 46 points. Castleton claimed the top spot with 100 points and all 10 first place votes.
  • Structural Changes Announced in Thomas Athletic Department

    Waterville, Maine – Thomas College Athletic Director, Deb Biche will be making her return to coaching effective August 15th. Biche has decided to follow her desire to return to coaching and has stepped down from the AD position. Biche will remain at Thomas as she takes the helm of the Terriers Women’s Soccer team.
