MILTON, Mass. – The Thomas College women's lacrosse team dropped a non-conference matchup on the road at Curry, 21-1, on Saturday afternoon at Walter Katz Field.
The Colonels move to 2-1 in the early season while the Terriers drop down to 0-2.
In the first half, Curry's offense converted 13 unanswered goals led by three markers each from Leona Stevens and Katie Parker.
The Colonels added eight more in the second half, including two from Courtney Lima. Senior Amira Jones (Chicopee, Mass.) broke the shutout for the Terriers only goal at 15:41 to finish at 21-1.
Parker, Lima, and Stevens combined for 12 goals for the Colonels.
Amy Collard in the win in goal for Curry, with one save while Sydni Collier (Oakland, Maine) stopped eight shots for Thomas.
The Terriers will begin conference action on Wednesday, March 28 as they travel to Husson.
