  • Ridge and DiBiase Named All-Conference

    Whitingham, Vt. – Two members of the Thomas College women’s lacrosse team have been named All-Conference as announced by the conference office on Tuesday afternoon. Senior Terissa Ridge leads the way with First Team All – North Atlantic Conference East Division honors and is joined with junior Ceara DiBiase who picks up Second Team honors.

    Whitingham, Vt. – Thomas College first year Brittany Premo has been named North Atlantic Conference East Division Rookie of the Week as announce by the conference office on Monday afternoon. Premo finished the week with eight points in a 2-1 week for the Terriers.
  • Terriers Closeout with a loss to NEC

    Henniker, N.H. – The Thomas College women’s lacrosse season came to a close on Sunday afternoon as they fell 18-9 to the Pilgrims of New England College. First year Jennifer Day netted a hat trick and an assist in the loss. NEC’s Amanda Naimie netted six goals on her way to becoming the Pilgrims all-time leading goal scorer with 177.
  • DiBiase Helps Terriers Run Past Eagles

    Poultney, VT – Junior midfielder Ceara DiBiase scored seven times and assisted on four other Terrier markers as visiting Thomas College improved its chances for a post-season berth with a win at Green Mountain College on Saturday afternoon in North Atlantic Conference East Division lacrosse action. The win draws the Terriers even with University of Maine at Farmington with identical 2-3 NAC East records. The loss officially eliminates the Eagles from post season play.
  • Strong First Half Lifts Terriers Past Husson

    Waterville, Maine—The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team defeated the Eagles of Husson University in a Northern Atlantic Conference matchup at home Wednesday evening 15-8. Cera DiBiase lead the way for the Terriers with five goals and one assist. The Eagles top performer on the afternoon was Kim Gambon who scored two goals and recorded two assists.
  • UMF Outlast Women’s Lax

    Farmington, Maine – The Thomas College women’s lacrosse dropped a heartbreaking one goal loss to the University of Maine at Farmington, 10-9 in North Atlantic Conference East Division action Saturday afternoon. UMF’s Amie Daniels led the Beavers with a three goal performance including the eventual game winning goal with 2:30 left in the game. Thomas’ Brittany Premo led the charge for the Terriers scoring a hat trick on five shots.
  • St. Joe’s Outlasts Terriers

    Waterville, Maine —The Thomas College women’s Lacrosse team dropped a non-conference matchup at home to the Monks of St. Joseph’s College (Maine) Thursday evening, 12-9. Junior attackman Ceara DiBiase led the Terriers with a two goal and three assist performance. St. Joe’s top performer was Cassie Diplock who scored five goals and recorded one assist.
  • Terriers Drop One to the Chargers

    Waterville, Maine—The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team dropped a 10-6 loss to the Chargers of Colby-Sawyer College in a North Atlantic Conference East Division game Saturday afternoon at Alumni Field on the campus of Thomas College. Colby-Sawyer’s Molly Prudden had a game high four goals and two assists on the afternoon. Jennifer Day was the Terriers top performer scoring two goals and collecting three ground balls. With the loss the Terriers drop their second game in a row, while the visiting Chargers pick up their sixth win of the season and improve to 2-0 in conference play.
  • Spartans Roll Past Thomas

    Waterville, Maine—The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team dropped a tough 22-4 loss to the Spartans of Castleton State College in a North Atlantic Conference East Division game Friday afternoon at Alumni Field on the campus of Thomas College. Castleton’s Amanda Flodstrom had game high five goals and five assists for a total of 10 points on the afternoon. First year Jennifer Day scored a team high two goals and picked up 11 ground balls for the Terriers in the loss.
  • Terriers Out-Shoot Daniel Webster

    Waterville, Maine- The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team picked up a 15-6 win over the Eagles of Daniel Webster in a non-conference game Sunday afternoon at Bill Alfond, on the campus of Colby College. The Terriers’ top performers for the afternoon were Jillian Lambert and Ceara DiBiase with three goals each. Natalie Bates scored a team high three goals for the Eagles on the afternoon.
  • Terriers Fall 15-10 to the Pride

    Weston, Mass. – The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team fell 15-10 to the Pride of Regis College (Mass.) in a non-conference matchup Saturday afternoon. With the loss the Terriers fall to 2-2 (0-0 NAC East) on the season, while the Pride improve to 5-3.
  • Women’s Lax Outlasts Wentworth

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team picked up a nail-biting 8-7, win over the Leopards of Wentworth in a non-conference exhibition game Saturday afternoon at Bill Alfond, on the campus of Colby College. First years Brittney Premo and Jennifer Day both tallied three points in the win; Premo came through with two goals and an assist while Day added one goal and two assists for the Terriers. Wentworth’s Jess Houghton drilled four goals for the game high.

    Whitingham, Vt. – First year Jennifer Day has been named the North Atlantic Conference Women’s Lacrosse Rookie of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday. Day scored nine goals and dished out two assists in the Terriers two wins over the weekend.

    Boston, Mass. – The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team picked up their second win of the season Sunday afternoon as they downed the Wildcats of Wheelock College 14-4, in non-conference action. First year Jennifer Day paved the way for the Terriers win with a four goal one assist performance.

    Chicopee, Mass. – The Thomas Terriers women’s lacrosse recorded a 12-3, win on the road against the Blazers of Elms College Saturday afternoon in a non-conference matchup. The Terriers where led by first year defender Jennifer Day who scored three of the Terriers eight first half goals on her way to a five goal performance. Elms’ was led by Lauren Mazza, who scored two of the Blazers three goals.
  • UNE Downs Women’s Lax in Season Opener

    Biddeford, Maine – The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team kicked off their 2012 season Monday afternoon on the road at the University of New England where they dropped a 15-3 non-conference decision to the Nor’easters . First year Jennifer Day led the Terriers with a two goal performance in her first outing with the squad.
