  • Denby and Jolicoeur Named All-NAC East

    Waterville, Maine – Seniors Megan Denby and Kiley Jolicoeur have been named to the All North Atlantic Conference East Team. This is the second time that both seniors have been named to the First Team All-NAC/NEAC; the duo earned the honors during the 2010 season. For Denby this is her third time to earn NAC lacrosse honors as she was named to the second team in 2009.
  • Husson’s Second Half Rally ends Terriers Playoff Run

    Bangor, Maine - It was a thrilling final chapter to the NAC East Division Championship at Husson’s Boucher Field, as the host Eagles battled to a 13-9 victory over the Thomas College Terriers. Thomas seemed poised to continue their run through the playoffs after upsetting #2 seed Green Mountain College in the semifinal yesterday, and jumping out to a 6-2 lead about half-way through the first period. Husson found their composure and stormed back with 9 goals in a row to help the Eagles secure their second consecutive NAC East Division Championship.
  • Women's Lax Heading to Championship

    Bangor, Maine - Game two of the North Atlantic Conference East Division Championship resulted in a thrilling 11-10 overtime victory by the Thomas Terriers over the Green Mountain Eagles. Green Mountain ends their season with a 7-4 overall record. With the win, Thomas advances to the NAC East Championship where they will face Husson University in a 12:00 PM game at Husson’s Boucher Field.
  • Denby Hits Goal 100 in a Terriers Loss

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College Women’s Lacrosse team (3-10, 1-4 NAC) fell to UMaine at Farmington (2-9, 1-5 NAC) 14-13 in overtime this afternoon. The Terriers got a strong performance out of senior Megan Denby as she netted six goals including her 100th career goal. Fellow senior Kiley Jolicoeur scored two goals and tallied 12 draw controls on senior day. Farmington’s Amie Daniels also netted six goals and dished out one assist to lead all scorers.

    Farmington, Maine – Senior Megan Denby scored with 7:01 remaining to lift Thomas College (3-8, 1-4 NAC) past the University of Maine at Farmington (1-8, 0-4 NAC) 10-9 in North Atlantic Conference East Division women's lacrosse action this afternoon.
  • Thomas Couldn’t Fight Off Husson, Terriers Fall 11-10

    Waterville, Maine – The Women’s Lacrosse team(2-8, 0-4 NAC) was unable to hold onto a 6-3 half time lead as they fell the visiting Eagles of Husson University (7-5, 5-1 NAC) today in a North Atlantic Conference match up. Eagles scored four unanswered goals in the second half to steal a win from their host 11-10.
  • Thomas loses close one, 12-6

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team (2-7, 0-3 NAC) hosted the Green Mountain College Eagles (6-3, 4-1 NAC) this afternoon on the campus of Thomas College. Earlier this season, both teams played at Green Mountain where the Eagles won 12-10 in a close game. Today’s match was another close affair but in the end, Green Mountain pulled away late in the game to win 12-6.
  • Husson Tops Women's Lax 16-7

    Bangor, ME - The Husson University Eagles (5-3, 3-1 NAC) downed the Tomas College Terriers(2-6, 0-2 NAC) 16-7 in a North Atlantic Conference East Division contest. Husson’s Kim Gambon powered the Eagles to the win and a game high with four goals and one assist.
  • Thomas downed by Plymouth St., 21-3

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team (2-5, 0-1 NAC) hosted the Plymouth St. Panthers (6-2, 2-0 LEC) this afternoon at Bill Alfond Field on the campus of Colby College. Fresh off wins by both teams, the Panthers prevailed over the Terriers 21-3.

    Waterville, Maine – Due to unforeseen reasons the Thomas College Women’s Lacrosse game scheduled at Pine Manor this Saturday has been canceled. The Terriers will face Plymouth State on Sunday at 4 p.m. on the campus of Colby College in Waterville, Maine.

    Nashua, N.H. – Megan Denby netted a game-high five goals including three in the second half and Jillian Lambert added a four goals and one assist leading the Terriers (2-4, 0-1 NAC) past host Daniel Webster (0-4) , 14-6 in a regional women’s lacrosse matchup Wednesday at Eagle Field.

    Castleton, Vt. – The Thomas College Women’s Lacrosse team (1-4, 0-1 NAC) fell in non – conference action this afternoon 22-4 to the home standing Spartans of Castleton State (5-2). Senior Kiley Jolicoeur led the Terriers with three goals, three draw controls, and two groundballs.
  • Green Mountain Rallies Past Thomas

    Fort Ann, N.Y. – Trailing 7-3 at the break, the host Green Mountain College Eagles (3-3, 1-1 NAC) mounted a furious charge over the final 30 minutes of play to get by the Thomas College Women’s Lacrosse team (1-3, 0-1 NAC) 12-10, in North Atlantic Conference action Saturday afternoon. Thomas was led by senior Megan Denby, who put four goals in for the Terriers.
  • Colby – Sawyer Charges Past Thomas

    Henniker, N.H. – The Thomas College Women’s Lacrosse team (1-2, 0-0 NAC) came out and tallied two unanswered Megan Denby goals in the first two minutes of play against Colby – Sawyer (4-5), but it wasn’t enough momentum to slow the Chargers as they went on to defeat the Terriers 20-10. Denby and fellow senior Kiley Jolicoeur both tallied four goals for the Terriers in the loss.

    Portland, Maine – The Thomas College women’s lacrosse team was on the road Thursday in a regional matchup against Saint Joseph’s (Maine). The Monks would jump ahead early in the game to win by a score of 16-5.
  • Jolicoeur Named NAC Player of the Week

    Waterville, Maine - Senior Kiley Jolicoeur has been North Atlantic Conference Women's Lacrosse Player of the Week for her performance this past week. Jolicoeur led all scorers in the Terriers season opener against Wheelock College, with five goals helping to lead the Terriers to a 17-2. Jolicoeur also picked up four ground balls and controlled 10 draws.

    Boston, Mass. – The Thomas College Women’s Lacrosse team (1-0, 0-0 NAC) kicked off their 2011 season with a 17-2 win over Wheelock College today. The Terriers were led by senior Kiley Jolicoeur, as she led all scorers with five goals. Jolicoeur was also able to control 10 draws on the day.
