WATERVILLE, Maine – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has announced its weekly awards for women's basketball and Thomas College senior Karli Stubbs (Auburn, Maine) has been named Player of the Week for the first time in her career.
Stubbs averaged 18.5 points per game to lead the Terriers to a 2-0 weekend at SUNY Canton. The senior scored a career-high 23 points in a 66-48 win on Friday, then added 14 in a 57-34 win on Saturday. She shot 48.1% from the field and made nine threes on the weekend, shooting 50.0% from beyond the arc. She rounded out her stats averaging 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game on the week.
Thomas will travel to Johnson & Wales for a non-conference game on Wednesday, December 11 at 6:30 PM.
