WATERVILLE, Maine – The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) has announced its weekly awards for women's basketball and Thomas freshman Kaylee Ravagli (Lowell, Massachusetts) was named Rookie of the Week. Ravagli is the second Terrier in as many weeks to get the award, as Molly Horton (Brownington, Vt.) earned the honor last week.
Ravagli averaged 15.5 points per game as the Terriers split the opening weekend of conference play with back-to-back games against SUNY Canton. The freshman scored 13 points and pulled in four rebounds in the Terriers' 69-48 win on Friday night. She built off of that performance on Saturday, dropping 18 points on 5-of-10 shooting from three-point range, and also tallied three steals, two blocks, and an assist in the effort.
Ravagli and the Terriers return to action on Tuesday, December 4 when they host UMaine-Augusta at 7:00 PM at Larry Mahaney Gym.
