BIDDEFORD, Maine – The Thomas College men's cross country team finished ninth at the UNE Invitational held on Saturday.
Twelve schools took part in the 8k race as Wentworth, UNE, and Endicott took the top three team positions.
Sophomore Jarrod Ottman (Merrimack, N.H.) had a big race for the Terriers as he finished third out of 131 runners with a time of 27:07. He was followed by Sam Traynor (North Billerica, Mass.) who came in 53rd place at 31:59. Tito Naranja (Fort Kent, Maine) finished in 74th at 33:22, Dillon Sullivan (New Gloucester, Maine) in 103rd at 36:33, and Jasen Dickey (Skowhegan, Maine) 121st at 39:30.
The Terriers will next compete on Saturday, September 16 as they participate in the Bowdoin Invitational.
