The 2014 season came with high expectations after making it to the NAC Championship the previous season, and the return of the squad’s top two players Eric Morin and Tyler Small. The Terriers were able to go 5-1 in NAC play, the best conference record under Fowler’s leadership, while going 6-6 on the season overall. The Red and Black however suffered a heart breaking 5-3 defeat to Castleton in the conference semifinals to put an end to an impressive season. For the third consecutive season Morin was named to the NAC Singles First Team, while Small joined him on the first squad, and both were tabbed doubles first team. Malcolm Marshall had an impressive rookie campaign and garnered singles second team honors.

In 2013 the Terriers continued to improve under Fowler’s leadership, as Thomas finished third in the NAC with a 4-2 conference record, while going 8-6 overall on the season. The Red and Black defeated Castleton in the NAC Semifinals before being defeated by Colby-Sawyer in the championship match. At seasons end Eric Morin earned his second consecutive singles first team honors, while freshman Tyler Small garnered a second team singled selection, along with doubles second team alongside Morin. Morin and Small were also tabbed to the all-tournament squad.

The 2012 campaign was a breakout year under Fowler regimen, as the Red and Black improved with a 5-7 overall record, while going 3-2 in the NAC and earned the third seed in the conference tournament. Freshman Eric Morin was named NAC Co-Rookie of the Year, while also garnering first team all-conference honors and second team doubles alongside teammate Malcolm Neville. Tom Bird was also named to the conference all-tournament team.

During the 2011 season, Fowler’s second year in charge, the Terriers improved to 2-9 (2-6 NAC) and qualified for the conference tournament as the third seed, but ultimately fell to eventual NAC Champion Castleton in the semifinals. Jeremy Cliff garnered first team all-conference honors, while Andre Giguere was named to the all-tournament squad.

In his inaugural season at the helm, Fowler led the 2010 squad to a 1-11 overall record, while going 1-7 in the NAC. Jeremy Cliff garnered first team all-conference honors under the guidance of Coach Fowler.

Fowler previously served as an assistant coach with the Thomas hockey team and as the head boys' tennis coach at Messalonskee High School.
