Kiararn Kiararn McCormack
Title: Assistant Men's Soccer Coach

Kiaran McCormack joined the Terrior coaching staff with the Men’s Soccer team in 2011. McCormack is a former professional soccer player in his native country of Ireland, having playing with Dundalk FC in the Eircom League, and was played with the famed Manchester United school of excellence in England. Coach McCormack has represented Ireland at youth level in both soccer and track and field. McCormack played D1 soccer at the University of Vermont and University of Maine. While at Maine he captained the men’s team and was an All New England All star as a senior. He holds Level 0 ,1 and 2 FAI soccer coaching badges.

Currently a Premier club coach with Seacoast United Maine. Coaching a U11 boys team and he is also in charge of junior academy programing. McCormack also works as a personal trainer, nutrition counselor and weight management coach at TL2 70 in his home town of Gray ME. In 2010 he was the Head Girls Varsity Coach at GNG. In 2009 Coach McCormack worked for MLS Camps coaching all age groups. He also coached the Boys Varsity Soccer Team at Hampden Academy in the fall of 2008.

McCormack graduated from Maine in 2008 as International Student of the Year with a BS in Kinesiology and Health Fitness. McCormack is a certified ACE Personal Trainer, Level 1 KettleBell instructor and ACSM Fitness Specialist. McCormack is currently studying for his MS in Exercise Science with a view to becoming a certified exercise physiologist and work in cardiac rehabilitation.
