  • Spartans Overwhelm Terriers in Semi-Finals

    Castleton, Vt. – The number four seeded Thomas College Men’s Lacrosse team (5-10, 4-3 NAC) season came to a close yesterday as they fell victim to a 29 routing from the number one seeded Castleton State Spartans (11-6, 7-0 NAC) in the North Atlantic Conference Men’s Lacrosse Tournament Semi-Finals. The Terriers were able to muster up three goals in the game two coming from freshman Gunnar Shelton.
  • Terriers Sweep NAC Weekly Honors

    Waterville, Maine – Two members of the Thomas College Men’s Lacrosse team earned North Atlantic Conference weekly honors for their performance on the field this past week. Sophomore goal keeper Jesse Morkeski has been named NAC Player of the Week, and freshman Jeffrey Morse has been named NAC Rookie of the Week.
  • Husson Spoils Senior Day for Men’s Lax

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College Men’s Lacrosse team (4-8, 4-3 NAC) lost to the Husson Eagles (7-9, 5-1 NAC) 14-5 this afternoon on muddy Alumni Field. Jeffery Morse led the Terriers with a hat trick and one assist. Ben Laundry led the Eagles with three goals.
  • Thomas gets by UMF

    Waterville, ME. – The Thomas College Men’s Lacrosse Team (4-7, 4-2 NAC) was able to defeat the University of Maine at Farmington (4-5, 2-4 NAC) 7-4 this afternoon in a North Atlantic Conference. With the win the Terriers have guaranteed themselves a home game in the NAC tournament.

    Poultney, Vt. – The Thomas College men’s lacrosse team (3-7, 3-2 NAC) were able to put yesterday’s loss behind them as they defeated Green Mountain College (1-7, 0-5 NAC) 17-8 this afternoon.

    Castleton, Vt. – The Thomas College men’s lacrosse team (2-7, 2-2 NAC) were outshot in today’s North Atlantic Conference match up as the top ranked Castleton State Spartans (6-6, 4-0 NAC) won 22-5.
  • Thomas Loses First North Atlantic Conference Game

    Castine, Maine – The Thomas College men’s lacrosse team (2-6, 2-1 NAC) played in their first conference road game this evening. Maine Maritime (3-3, 2-2 NAC) would shut down the Terriers’ offensive attack winning 17-1.
  • Quesada Named Rookie of the Week

    Waterville, Maine – Thomas freshman Matt Quesada has been named North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week for his effort in the Terriers (2-5, 2-0 NAC) victories over Lyndon College and Johnson State this past weekend. Quesada recorded six goals and dished out two assists this weekend for the Terriers.
  • Terriers Roll past Johnson St., 18-5

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College men’s lacrosse team (2-5, 2-0 NAC) used the momentum that ended their last game to get off to a quick start in today’s game against Johnson St. (1-4, 1-2 NAC). The Terriers quick start put them in position for another win, defeating the Badgers 18-5.
  • Men’s Lacrosse Comes from Behind to Win in OT

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College men’s lacrosse team (1-5, 1-0 NAC) was able to come back from a six goal deficit to top the Hornets of Lyndon College (1-4, 1-1 NAC) 11-10 in overtime. Freshmen Matthew Quesada and Gunnar Shelton led the Terriers with two goals and two assists while Max Ercole led the Hornets with three goals and two assists.

    Waterville, Maine – The Men’s Lacrosse game on Saturday against Emmanuel has been canceled due to unforeseen reasons. The Terriers next game will be at Maine Maritime on Saturday April 2nd.
  • Stiles Earns NAC Honors

    Waterville, Maine – Freshman Bradley Stiles has been North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week for his performance on the field this past week. Stiles played two impressive games this weekend for the Terriers; Stiles kicked off the weekend with a five point performance in the Terriers loss to Cazenovia. Stiles put up a hat trick, dished out two assists, and won 5-of-8 face-off’s against the Wildcats. Stiles followed that performance with another hat trick against Mt. St. Vincent on Sunday.
  • Terriers Fall Again

    Yonkers, N.Y. – The Thomas College Men’s Lacrosse team (0-5, 0-0 NAC) was unable to slow Mt. St. Vincent’s (3-2) first half momentum as they fell to the host team 12-5 in a non-conference match up Sunday afternoon in Tibbetts Park. Freshmen Bradley Stiles led Terriers with three goals for the day.
  • Green Terror Rolls Past Thomas

    Babson Park, Mass. – The Thomas College Men’s Lacrosse team (0-3, 0-0 NAC) faced off against the Green Terror of McDaniel College (3-3) yesterday in a non-conference match up on the campus of Babson College. The Green Terror came out running on all pistons as they rolled pass the Terriers 22-1.
  • Penman Offense Overpowers Thomas

    Manchester, N.H. – Despite a 21 save performance from sophomore goal keeper Jesse Morkeski the Thomas College Terriers (0-2, 0-0 NAC) were not able to slow the offense of NCAA Division II Southern New Hampshire (1-2). The Penmen out-shot the Terriers 67-to-14 in route to a 19-3 victory.
  • Men's Lax Falls in Opener

    Portland, Maine – The Saint Joseph’s Monks (3-1) defeated the Terriers (0-1), 13-3, in a non-conference men’s lacrosse match up at Deering Memorial Stadium this evening. St. Joe’s held a 7-1 lead heading into intermission and registered six unanswered markers in the second half before the Terriers capped the contest with a pair of scores in the final three minutes of play.
  • Men’s Lax Ranked Fifth in NAC Preseason Poll

    Waterville, Maine – The Thomas College Men’s Lacrosse team has been ranked fifth in the North Atlantic Conference preseason poll. The Terriers will kick off their 2011 campaign on Wednesday March, 9th at Deering Memorial Stadium in Portland, Maine against St. Josephs (Maine).

    Waterville, Maine -- Thomas College Director of Athletics Deb Biche announced on Wednesday the appointment of Kyle Fleischmann as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach for the Terriers. Along with the duties as Head Men's Lacrosse Coach Fleischmann will also be serving as Assistant Athletic Director / Sports Information Director.
