Golf Hosts Thomas College Invitational

OAKLAND, ME – The Thomas College club golf team hosted the Thomas Invitational on Sunday morning at the Waterville Country Club. 

The Monks from Saint Joseph's won the event after shooting a team score of 303, the University of Maine at Farmington second at 308, and the University of New England third with 311.  The Terriers finished sixth overall with a final score of 381.

Cameron Jackman (Saco, Maine) held the lowest score for the Terriers finishing 23rd overall with an 86.  Jacob Perkins (Vershire, VT) finished 26th (96), Bo Curtis (Brooks, Maine) 28th (99), Isaac Salisbury (Freeport, Maine) 29th (100), and Parker Chute (Brentwood, NH) 30th (109).

Thomas will next compete in the Maine Maritime Invitational on Thursday, October 6, at the Augusta Country Club.
