Thomas College Athletics Celebrates Fall 2019 Academic Challenge

WATERVILLE, Maine – Each fall, the Thomas College President’s Council challenges varsity athletic teams at Thomas to participate in the Academic Challenge. President’s Council hosts a dinner for those teams whose term GPA is above 3.0 for the fall. The event serves as a recognition for those students who represent the College and its mission so well, and who embody the ideals of the NCAA Division III student-athlete.

FH: Terriers Earn Four NECC Postseason Awards

MANSFIELD, Mass. – The New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) has announced its end of season awards for field hockey and four Terriers have been recognized. Britney Gregoire (Kennebunk, Maine), Kelci Faulkingham (Belfast, Maine) and Allie Gregoire (Kennebunk, Maine) were all named to the All-Conference First Team, while Leah Kruse (Norridgewock, Maine) was named to the Sportsmanship Team.

WATERVILLE, Maine – The New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) has announced the 2019 NECC Field Hockey Championship seeding, and Thomas has secured the second seed with a first-round bye in the tournament.

FARMINGTON, Maine – Kelci Faulkingham (Belfast, Maine) scored with five minutes remaining regulation to push the Thomas College field hockey team to a 2-1 New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) victory at UMaine-Farmington on Tuesday afternoon.
