In the second period, USCGA took the lead early in the period, but the Terriers would answer as Kyle Mangin netted his fifth goal on the year to bring the score even at two going into the final period.
Thomas would find the game-winner with 7:38 remaining in the third period when senior Eric Morin would find the back of the goal on assists by Jason Dicey and Michael Hersom, and the Terriers would hold off the Bears for the remainder of the game to secure the victory.
Thomas will be back on the ice on Monday when they play host to Bates College at 7:40 PM at Sukee Arena.
