BANGOR, Maine – The Thomas College baseball team fell to Husson in two North Atlantic Conference (NAC) games on Wednesday evening.
GAME 1: Thomas 0, Husson 5
Husson took an early advantage with three runs in the first to go ahead 3-0. The Eagles scored once in the fourth and again in the fifth to seal the 5-0 win.
Dylan Copeland (Salisbury, Mass.) took the loss for Thomas, allowing five runs on six hits in four innings of work.
GAME 2: Thomas 0, Husson 1
The Terriers had their best opportunity of the game in the fourth, where they stranded runners at first and third with one out. The Eagles picked up their only run in the bottom of the inning when Luke Covey tripled then came in to score on an error to take the 1-0 victory.
Thomas will take on Bowdoin in a non-conference game on Thursday, April 25 at 4:30 PM.
