Esquivel Claims NAC Rookie of the Week Honors

WATERVILLE, ME - Thomas baseball freshman Christopher Esquivel has been named the North Atlantic Conference Rookie of the Week for his play during March 30 through April 5.

Esquivel hit .375 (6-for-16) in a four-game series against Castleton. The freshman tallied one triple, one run scored, and five RBI as the Terriers split the series 2-2.

For the season the Robstown, Texas native is batting .308 (12-for-39) with five runs scored and six runs batted in along with a .357 on-base percentage.
