Men's Tennis and Men's Lacrosse Set for NAC Tournaments

WATERVILLE, Maine – Two Thomas College teams are set to begin their respective North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Tournaments on Saturday. 

The second seeded men's tennis team will take on the third seed of MCLA at Castleton University at 10:00 a.m. while the sixth seeded men's lacrosse team will travel to No. 3 Husson for a 1:00 p.m. matchup.

Men's Tennis: No. 2 Thomas vs. No. 3 MCLA – 10:00 a.m.

The men's tennis team will play in the NAC semifinals for the eighth-straight year as they finished the season at 11-4 overall with a 4-1 record in conference play.  Early this season, the Terriers cruised to a 9-0 victory over the Trailblazers.  The winner of the matchup will play immediately after in the championship against the winner of No. 1 Colby-Sawyer and No. 4 Castleton.

Men's Lacrosse: No. 6 Thomas at No. 3 Husson – 1:00 p.m.

The men's lacrosse team earned the final spot in the NAC Tournament for the third-straight season as they finished the 2018 campaign with a 2-8 record while posting a 2-5 mark in conference action.  The two teams met at Husson on March 28 as the Eagles earned a 17-1 victory.  The winner of the matchup will move on to the NAC Semifinals on May 2 to take on No. 2 Castleton.
